There is an exciting event coming up January 17th. We are still needing volunteers!!
Reality-U is coming to JCN to present a "Real Life" scenario. This will be presented to all 8th, 10th and 11th and 12th grade students. We will have two sessions; 8-10 and 10-11:30.
We need community volunteers to help with this great event. Reality-U will have tables set up throughout the gym (24) with each table representing a real-life event such as banking, Child care, Insurance, etc. We need 24 volunteers to help man these tables. Take a look at the link below and please consider if you can help. Or, if you know of someone, please send them the link. We want this to be a community event. If the person who mans the table also works in the field of the table, even better, but definitely not required. If you want to help, we will find a place for you.

With a significant winter weather event likely this weekend, we want to remind our community that if school is canceled due to winter weather, parents and staff will receive a notification via text message, email, and voice call. A comeback win last night followed by basketball team Christmas party today was a great way to finish off our before Christmas schedule
The high school finished its food drive for the Pantry of Hope. This year the students donated 940 pounds of food and $275. Thank you students!

Hi! My name is Kennadi Hernandez, and for my senior project I will be hosting a Women’s Wellness Camp. As women, life is often stressful and busy, and doesn’t always allow for self-care. Did you know that eating nutritious foods along with exercising on a regular basis have a direct correlation to mental health improvement? Many women want to work out and eat properly, but don’t know how. I wanted to host a camp/event to help women learn to take time for themselves and not only benefit their physical well-being, but also their mental health. Please join me, along with two very educated women on January 18th for our Women’s Wellness Camp!
