Sixth grade students put their geometry skills to the test by taking their knowledge of tape measures, area formulas, and shape knowledge to determine the total area for each shape. Real world applications help students be able to connect their learning outside of the walls of the classroom. Also, shoutout to Mr. Dan Atzenweiler for creating these manipulatives for the students to practice with.
