Today during middle school book club some of the students presented their research/interview projects. The idea for this assignment came from the novel Restart by Gordon Korman. Students researched a major historical event then interviewed someone, other than a parent, about how the event affected them personally.

Ms. Watkins' third grade class earned a doughnut party this week! Students were challenged to complete 100 iReady MyPath lessons with a 100%, and they met the challenge! Success tasted sweet when they were rewarded with their doughnut party on Wednesday morning. Great job 3rd grade!

As a wrap up to our science unit on force, 3rd grade made paper roller coasters. The students had lots of fun exploring gravity and friction with this unique activity. Some roller coasters were successful.
